Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging so we can assist you.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, as they can provide the most up-to-date tracking information. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
